Dr. Palevsky’s Comments: Are they kidding? Parents who follow this propaganda (see link for article) won't need to put their kids in Halloween costumes because their kids will start looking like cows if they follow this recommendation....Milk doesn't build strong bones. It makes brittle bones. Bones are made of bone cells. Cells ar...e made of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water. Want to help your children make bone cells, or any other cells in their bodies? Have them eat whole foods, and drink water. It's that simple. Vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, raw nuts and seeds, grass fed or pasture fed animal products, food herbs and spices, and water. These whole nutrients will make their way into the cells of every organ system of children's bodies to help them grow, and be strong, the way humans need to grow and be strong. Our children don't need to nurse on the breast milk of cows. Not unless you want them to grow up having the nutrients that are specific to the needs of cows..... |
